If you wish to request a return, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Return requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for acceptance.

To begin the return process, please get in touch with our customer support and provide:

• Your order number

• The reason for the return

• Photos of the item (if applicable)

 

Returned items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition

• Returned with original packaging where possible

• Free from damage caused after delivery

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, our team will provide further return instructions.

Please note that return shipping costs may apply unless the item received was damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
